The TV & Beans Workout is even more basic than the Equipment Free Workout. Although a Fitballâ„¢ and two tins of beans are required, the first workout takes just five minutes.
These workouts are a great introduction to using a Fitballâ„¢, and progress from very simple exercises suitable for rehabilitation right through to advanced strength training and balancing techniques. You can even do some of these exercises whilst watching TV!
Subject to the advice of your medical professionals, these exercises are suitable for many elderly, post-natal, post-hysterectomy and injury rehabilitation clients wishing to gently begin or re-commence exercise.
