Walking, Jogging, Running
Foreword
The aim of this book is to tempt you into a life of outdoor activity that, once you have experienced, you will learn to love. Walking, jogging and running are as fundamental to our being as breathing. Look in any school playground to see children doing all three without thinking.
There are many advantages to getting outdoors and walking but fresh air and making friends must feature highly. I hope you find this book inspirational and enlightening whether you are a beginner or returning after a break.
