Exercise in the Bedroom – Warm Ups
Through these warm-ups, and at other points within this ebook, the Start Position will be referred to, that’s what you’ll need to familiarise yourself with first:
Start Position
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, legs slightly bent, and arms by your side. Keep your chin up and maintain a straight back.
Up and Overs
- Start Position
- Up and Overs 1
- Up and Overs 2
- Up and Overs Variation – Left
- Up and Overs Variation – Right
Squat and bend forward as if skiing.
Swing your arms upwards, straightening your spine and reaching up with your arms.
Gradually increase your range of movement so that you bend and stretch further each time.
Up and Overs Variations
Swing your arms upwards and to the left or right, gradually increasing your range of movement.
