Exercises in the Bedroom – Abs
Abdominal Curls
Lay on the floor on your back. Bend your legs and place your feet flat on the floor. Press your lower back into the ground. Engage your core muscles. Raise your head, neck and shoulders off the ground, breathing out as you lift them. Place your hands on your thighs and push your fingertips towards your knees. Contract the stomach when breathing out, relax and breathe in on the way down.
