Exercises in the Bedroom – Lunges

Put your hands by your side, fully extended and with palms facing your body. Stand in the start position. Take a large step forward with your left leg, bending the knee and lowering your hips. Lower yourself until your left thigh is parallel to the floor and your knee is at an angle of 90 degrees. Your right leg should be about 10-15cm above the floor. Hold for a count of one. Push hard with your left leg to return to the starting position. Complete the desired number of repetitions then repeat with the right leg leading.

Step Length

A longer step will exert the gluteal and hamstring muscles.
