Side Lunges

Stand in the start position. Take a wide step to your left keeping your right leg straight. Immediately push back to start position in a continuous movement. Pause and repeat on opposite leg.

Side Lunge to the Right

Side Lunge to the Right

Step Length

Do not over-extend as this may harm your lower back.

Remember: Keep your chin up and back straight.

Muscles: Side lunges engage the adductors (inside of thighs).
