Fitball Roll-Out
Make sure you have space available.
Kneel in front of the ball, and place your elbows low down on it.
Brace your abs throughout this movement.
Roll forward, controlling the speed with your stomach and core muscles until you have a straight spine.
Do not dip as this would stress your lower back.
On the return, use your core muscles to pull you back – not your arms.
