Jack Knife on Ball
Step 1
Make sure you have plenty of space available. Kneel in front of the ball, and place your hands on the side of it.
Step 2
Brace your abs throughout this movement. Roll over the ball, walking yourselfforward with your hands until your feet are resting on the ball.
Step 3
Using the strength of your stomach and other core muscles, pull the ball forward keeping your legs straight until your toes are on top of the ball.
Step 4
Slowly return to resting your feet on top of the ball
