Kneeling on the Ball

When trying this exercise for the first time, it is really important that you have something to hold onto. Kneel onto the ball, using a wall or handrail for support. Keep a straight back and your chin up.

When you feel balanced, try briefly letting go of your support.

Gradually increase the time you spend without the support until you can confidently kneel on the ball for long periods of time.
