Press-ups (Advanced)
Press-ups on Fitball (Advanced)
Place the fitball against a wall and place your hands on it adopting a press-up position.
Gradually lower your chest towards the ball.
Push up slowly returning to the start position. Repeat ten to fifteen times.
Press-ups on Medicine Ball (Advanced)
Place the medicine ball on the floor and place you hands on it adopting a press-up position.
Gradually lower your chest towards the ball.
Push up slowly returning to the start position. Repeat ten to fifteen times.
