Squats with Fitball Single Leg
Adopt the same start position with the fitball in the small of your back and against the wall. Plant your feet shoulder width apart and far forward.
In order to balance properly, plant your right foot in a more central position. Lift your left leg and slowly lower yourself a little, if this is your first attempt.
On subsequent repetitions, lower yourself until your right leg is at a right angle.
Do ten repetitions on the right leg and the ten on the left.
