Tricep Dips (Advanced)
Tricep Dips on Sofa
Sit on the sofa and walk yourself forwards, gripping the edge, until your feet are out in front of you and your back and buttocks are clear of the sofa.
Keeping your chin up and back straight, lower yourself until your buttocks touch the floor.
Slowly raise yourself back up. Repeat ten to fifteen times.
Tricep Dips (Advanced)
Sit on the fitball and walk yourself forwards, gripping the sides, until your feet are out in front of you and your back and buttocks are clear of the fitball.
Keeping your chin up and back straight, lower yourself until your buttocks touch the floor. Slowly raise yourself back up. Repeat ten to fifteen times.

Hope all is well with you, Janet and the family. Just lost half a stone looking at your exercises.
Been doing some wakeboarding and snow boarding recently and suffering the consequences the following days/weeks. At least my body must be in some sort of shape, because I did not suffer a heart attack (using a blood thinning substitute – alcohol).
