Advanced – Tricep Extensions
Tricep extension (back of upper arm)
Sitting correctly on the ball, take one tin of beans in each hand and lift above your head. Lower the tins behind your head bending your arms from the elbows until you feel a stretch in your triceps, hold for a second and return. Repeat 10 times.
