Lateral raises

This exercise strengthens your shoulders and upper back. Sitting correctly on the ball place one tin of bean in each hand. Now lift your arms slowly to shoulder height, keeping a slight bend in your elbows, and nor return slowly to starting position. Repeat 10 times.

Front raises

This exercise strengthens your shoulders and upper back. Sit on the ball holding the beans out in front of you, resting on your thighs.  Raise your arms slowly up in front of you to shoulder height and width. Descend slowly. Repeat 10 times.
