Shoulder Press
Sitting on the ball with the beans in your hands, place your arms at your sides. Lift the beans up level with your chin and palms facing forward. Now raise your arms overhead and straighten but do not lock out your elbows, hold for a second and then slowly return to the start position. Repeat 10 times.
Note
Do not arch your back whilst doing this exercise . Maintain a neutral posture as described in the introduced.
