Navy Challenge

Compete in the Navy Challenge!

Steve Haywood has been working with selected clients on achieving the Royal Navy fitness requirement for recruits. The test goals provide a useful benchmark for fitness and a focus for training. Those who meet the fitness test times can be proud that they are as fit as the British military. Using the Naval Fitness Test is an alternative incentive to race positions and personal best times.
