Steve has also produced a range of Gym Free Workout Ebooks, for those of us who don't want to go (or don't like going) to the gym, which you can now download and use FOR FREE to improve your own fitness and well being. You can choose from:

Services

All clients, except some group bookings, are assessed through an initial consultation. This includes:

  • Full assessment of the client’s aims and how these can be achieved
  • An introduction to sports and exercise
  • Nutritional advice tailored for the client’s program
  • PARQ form -a physical activity readiness form

The personal training programmes offered by Steve Haywood Health and Fitness typically involve:

  • 1 hour training sessions
  • Home visits or accompaniment to a gym
  • Apparatus provided by Steve Haywood e.g. fitness balls and mats
  • Programs suited to your needs and aims e.g. a supervised jog or run with exercises and stretches at the end
  • Group sessions

Organised walks are available for private or corporate groups of 10 or more. A backup car and rendezvous points are built into the package. Team building exercises can also be included upon consultation. Walks typically take place in or around the Peak District or Yorkshire Dales. However, subject to arrangement, outings can be arranged for the North York Moors, Yorkshire Wolds, Lake District and further afield. All trips are subject to weather restrictions and safety checks.
